Return Policy

RETURNS

All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

We do not accept returns for any products that may pose health or hygiene risks, including all Inner Beauty items.


RETURN PROCESS

To begin a return, email us at info@parralel.co to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Only approved items will be eligible for return or refund.

Once approved, please pack your items securely in the original packaging and include the return form provided by our team.

A $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.


REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your return is delivered to complete processing. You will receive an email notification once your return is finalized.

Refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

Only the product value plus tax paid will be refunded. Any discounts applied to the order will automatically be reflected in the refund amount.

Products purchased during promotions or site‑wide sales are final sale and not eligible for return.


GIFT AND TIER PROGRAM RETURNS

If your order included a free gift based on spending tiers, and your return reduces your total below the qualifying threshold, the gift must also be returned in unused condition.

If the gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada.

Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs issues or unpaid fees, it will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used products
  • Damaged items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned after the 10‑day window

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please email info@parralel.co with your order number and photos so we can assist you.


SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS, AND LOST PACKAGES

Orders may be canceled within a 1‑hour grace period after purchase. After that time, orders begin fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Refused shipments will not be refunded.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address:

  • A $10.00 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund, or
  • You may choose to pay a new shipping fee to have the package reshipped.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect address entered by the customer.
